Kitsy Box creates premium DIY kits that let you make fun, creative, and delicious things at home — from hot sauces and infused spirits to chocolates and beyond.
Are the kits beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Each kit is designed to be fun, foolproof, and frustration-free. If you can stir, you can Kitsy.
Are your kits safe for kids?
Some kits are perfect for kids (with adult supervision), while others are made for grown-up flavor lovers. Check each product page for age guidance.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yep! You can choose expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the U.S. — but we're working on expanding soon!
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened kits within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our team and we’ll get it sorted.
What if something arrives damaged?
Oh no! Send a photo of the issue to support@kitsybox.com and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Of course! Just check the gift option at checkout, and feel free to add a custom message. No pricing will be included in the package.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet — but it’s coming! For now, you can reorder your favorites or try new ones each month manually.
What is the warranty period?
All Kitsy Box products include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues in kit components and tools when used as intended.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification
- Failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines
- Consumable items (such as ingredients) once opened or used
- Food safety outcomes, including spoilage, taste, shelf life, or pH levels
- Damage caused by improper sterilization, storage, or heat exposure
Are ingredients covered under warranty?
No. Ingredients and consumable items are not covered once opened or used.
Does the warranty cover food safety or finished hot sauce?
No. Kitsy Box does not guarantee food safety results. Proper food handling, sterilization, pasteurization, pH control, and storage are the responsibility of the user.

What happens if a part is defective?
If a component is confirmed to be defective, Kitsy Box may:
- Replace the item
- Provide a reasonable alternative
- Issue store credit
The resolution method is determined at our discretion.
How do I submit a warranty claim?

Do I need to return the defective item?
In most cases, returns are not required. We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue.
Is accidental damage covered?
No. Accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused during preparation or storage is not covered.
