Kitsy Box Product Warranty

At Kitsy Box, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We stand behind every kit we make and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All Kitsy Box products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

If a product or component is found to be defective within the warranty period, Kitsy Box may, at its discretion:
‱    Replace the defective item
‱    Provide a reasonable alternative
‱    Issue store credit

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to:

  • Kit components and tools included in Kitsy Box products
  • Manufacturing or material defects present at the time of delivery

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, or neglect
  • Damage caused by failure to follow provided instructions or safety guidelines
  • Consumable items (such as ingredients) once opened or used
  • Issues related to food safety, preparation, sterilization, storage, or pH control
  • Accidental damage, heat exposure, or improper storage

Kitsy Box is not responsible for results obtained from the use of our DIY kits, including food quality, taste, shelf life, or safety outcomes.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Clear photos of the affected item (if applicable)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitsy Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
